Several concert configurations are offered, but the set-up is always the same: a table, chairs around it, a (good) bottle of wine and 3 characters who converse with or without microphones, depending on the venue and acoustics.

The Tablao project is a tribute to the oral tradition and ‘laboratory’ in its own right: a show with no pre-established script and a constantly evolving repertoire (tangos/folklore/improvisations). Created at the Philharmonie de Paris in May 2022, this musical conversation is based on a trio (guitar/harmonica/voice) but the line-up can be enriched by other artists - guest musicians or female singer, tango or contemporary dancers, etc.

Some extra activities can also be organized before/after the concert: guitar class, music masterclass or all kind of conferences about tango given by the creators of the project, Ms. Gwen-Haël Denigot, PhD and Ms. Emmanuelle Honorin, who are also the authors of the reference book Dictionnaire Passionné du Tango (Le Seuil, 2015) and others books about Piazzolla and Buenos Aires.
